I tried both attempts. With all nodes on 2010-03-03 it did not work, and
also a single node on 2010-03-03 could not peer with nodes using a
functional version.
The functional nodes print:
[ 47.240000] phy0: Allocated STA xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
[ 47.240000] phy0: Inserted STA xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
[ 48.300000] phy1: Allocated STA xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
[ 48.300000] phy1: Inserted STA xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
as normal (using two phys and interfaces on all nodes).
