Javier thanks for previous reply, I will press my supervisor to get soon the
draft; for now I've read the IEEE document "mesh-peer-protocol-interaction"
and I understood the meaning of values.
I've 4 mesh point, called: DesktopMP, TabletMP, NotebookMP, MacininoMP
on DesktopMP when I try "dmesg | grep ath" I get:
------------------------------------------------------------------------

on NotebookMP when I try "dmesg | grep ath" I get:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ 8383.732244] ath5k phy0: unsupported jumbo
[...] a lot of the same message...
[ 8450.950543] ath5k phy0: noise floor calibration timeout (2412MHz)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
And this is the summary of the output of "station dump" for each node:
(I put the name of the mesh point instead of the MAC address)
(I try changing the channel with "iw dev name_MP set channel 10", but
nothing change)
On DesktopMP:
-MacininoMP: LISTEN (if I change the channel, result HOLDING)
-NotebookMP: HOLDING
-TabletMP: HOLDING
On NotebookMP:
-MacininoMP: OPN_RCVD
-DesktopMP: LISTEN
-TabletMP: HOLDING
On MacininoMP:
-DesktopMP: HOLDING
-TabletMP: ESTAB
-NotebookMP: LISTEN (if I change the channel, result OPN_SNT)
On TabletMP:
-DesktopMP: OPN_SNT
-NotebookMP: OPN_RCVD (if I change the channel, result LISTEN)
-MacininoMP: ESTAB
Ok I see that there isn't ESTAB for the node that have the errors... but the
first time I did the network, there were no errors and all nodes had the
value ESTAB for every other node. Why? And you have any suggestion to solve
the problem?
Again thank you all for your help.
Cristian
