cluster and audio tests ...

We now have a 16-node cluster up and running on open80211s using Edimax USB
wireless adapters. We are still working on refining a meaningful, repeatable
set of performance tests.

A side experiment we're running is connecting voice between mesh points
using netbook computers (Acer Aspire Ones for starters.) We're using the
open source program "I Hear You" - it goes by the name "ihu" in the standard
Ubuntu distro. Using this program, we can talk (using microphones and
headsets) between two IP addresses in the mesh.

Based on early testing, this audio peer-to-peer capability is quite cool.
Audio load seems to stress the mesh more heavily than basic pings. The
simple fact that we can exchange decent sounding two-way audio between a
couple of mesh points feels like a breakthrough to me. The mesh seems good
at reconnecting if one node moves out of range and then returns... We're
trying to find out how far we can push the audio hops...
