Routing protocol implementation on 80211s

Unfortunately IEEE does not allow distributing draft standards until
they have been ratified.
However you could attend any IEEE 802.11 session (there's one going on
right now in Vancouver, the next one is in Montreal), pay the
registration fees and obtain the current version of the draft.
