Uhm i found how to get those parameters....
donwloaded
http://git.sipsolutions.net/?p=iw.git;a=commit;h=f089471a6bf1a72414cd95ac7e69331dc01c5182,
extract, make, make install.
Then in that directory simply fired "$ ./iw dev mesh get mesh_param <any
param>" and finally it worked.
In that snapshot linked above, it also list available parameters if  "$ ./iw
dev mesh get mesh_param" is commited.

Good to knows it works...
