Channel Switching

I've been able to get and set these parameters fine, but I haven't tested
the changes in terms of actual network / performance measurements.

I've thought it would be nice to have a suite of tests - perhaps Python
scripts - that could exercise these various parameters and features of the
mesh.

What would mesh tests look like?
