ath5k and Open80211s not working (AR2413)

Hi,
I am a master research student working on Wireless mesh networks.
I will test the performance of different wireless mesh protocols to better
understand the needs of this networks.

For my research I have an embedded board with an AR2413 wireless chipset.
I am running Voyage Linux on it.

Since several days, I am trying to get it works with the ath5k driver and
Open80211s, but I didn't get any success.

When I use the command line:
 # iw dev mesh station dump
Nothing appear.
And I get some "ath5k unsupported jumbo" message.

I read that there is some beacon problems with the ath5k drivers, but I
didn't find how to solve it.

Could you give me any help or some directions to get my problem solved ?
