Well that patched fixes the case in which you are _not_ using mesh. Can
you confirm that when you bring up a mesh interface there are no
beacons? If that's the case, that's probably the problem and you should
probably ask again in linux-wireless ("No beaconing in mesh mode"). I am
not the maintainer of the b43 driver.
